Becoming An Equality Trainer: Thursday 7th and Friday 8th April, McDonald Rooms Conference Centre, Edinburgh.

Providing effective training and learning opportunities to unpack, explore and make sense of equality issues is an invaluable, if sometimes neglected, means of helping ensure we are aware of our rights and responsibilities in relation to equality and human rights law; whether as employers, employees, service users, customers or indeed citizens. Becoming an Equality Trainer is designed to build the confidence, competence and capacity of trainers, educators and non-trainers to promote equality through informing and influencing others learning, helping ensure policy commitments are reflected in day-to-day employment and service cultures.
